Who We Are

Victor Josebachvili

Victor Josebachvili is the founder and Managing Partner of Harbor Hills Partners, LLC.

During the last twenty years, Mr. Josebachvili has advised major U.S. and European multinationals, governments and leading private companies in over three dozen completed transactions valued at more than $18 billion, including public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, public spin-offs, management buyouts, privatizations, takeover defenses and unsolicited public bids.

Prior to founding Harbor Hills, Mr. Josebachvili was a Managing Director in JP Morgan’s Global M&A Group. Before joining JP Morgan’s predecessor company, The Chase Manhattan Bank, Mr. Josebachvili held similar positions at Bankers Trust (now part of Deutsche Bank) and Citibank.

Mr. Josebachvili serves on a number of public and private companies’ boards. He has been a guest speaker at numerous professional conferences throughout the Americas and is a regular guest lecturer at New York University’s Executive MBA program and at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

Mr. Josebachvili has a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) degree in Industrial Engineering from the Technion (Israel Institute of Technology) and an MBA from Columbia University Graduate School of Business.


Carlos Fedrigotti

Mr. Fedrigotti is a partner at Harbor Hills Partners, LLC.

Prior to joining Harbor Hills, Mr. Fedrigotti had a 26-year career in international banking at Citigroup, where he served as the senior executive in charge of Citigroup’s operations in Italy (2002), Argentina (1996-01), and Uruguay (1990-95). During the period 2000-01, he was also responsible for the company’s regional activities in Paraguay and Uruguay, supervising a total business of 10 billion dollars in assets and over 1 billion dollars in revenues.

Mr. Fedrigotti served as President of Siembra AFJP, President of the American Chamber of Commerce, Vice-President and member of the Executive Committee of the Argentine Bank Association, and was a board member of AACLA (Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America), based in Washington, D.C. Additionally, he served as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs, where he taught courses on international banking and on economic policy in Latin America.

He graduated with a B.A. (Cum Laude) in Economics from Columbia University’s School of General Studies, where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also holds an M.A. in Economics from Columbia’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, and an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.


Scott Twibell

Scott Twibell is a Vice President at Harbor Hills Partners, LLC.

Prior to joining Harbor Hills, Mr. Twibell worked in the Leveraged Finance and Restructuring Group at Credit Suisse, where he worked on recapitalizations, acquisitions, refinancing and restructurings across various sectors, including steel, media and telecommunications, metals, energy and general infrastructure.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Twibell founded and served as President and CEO of ASPORA, Inc., an Application Services Provider and pioneer of Internet-based software and data management solutions for law firms and legal counsel worldwide. The company amassed a global clientele and was sold to Ringtail Solutions, Ltd. in 2003.

Mr. Twibell currently serves as a member of the Technology Committee for the Association of Children with Learning Disabilities (ACLD), a New York based non-profit company. He has a B.S. (Honor’s Scholar) in Information Systems Management from New York University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business.


William Highducheck

William Highducheck is a Senior Analyst at Harbor Hills Partners, LLC.

Before joining Harbor Hills, Mr. Highducheck worked in the Risk Management Group at Allianz Global Investors, where he created statistical returns-based risk assessments and analytical models for each of the firm’s 32 open-end funds. Previously, Mr. Highducheck worked in the Credit Services and Control at Citigroup where he monitored and analyzed the private banking Latin American portfolio.

Mr. Highducheck has an A.B. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College.
